I was younger when “hate crimes” started being a thing, but even then I knew how terrible the concept was. A crime is a crime; motivation shouldn’t have any bearing on the punishment. To consider it opens Pandora’s box to what is illegal.

They don't tell us what was said, so it was probably one of those adl "dog-whistles", where the statement is true, and doesn't explicitly name the jew...but if anyone examined it, they would become aware of the jq.

We are prosecuting thought crimes now. We knew where this was going. There is no constitution. the states get their rights from the constitution. no constitution ; no state rights. a state is just a big chunk of free range land at this point. there's more of us than there are of them.
