Eczema is considered a small autoimmune disease by some doctors. A know about three people who go covid and got those rashes 2 years ago. Then when those people got their vaccine then a couple weeks later that rash started appearing again. The solution was a steroid which in the beginning of covid was a bad thing because it would make you weaker to it.

I get minor shingles outbreaks if I get run down. Doc offered me a vax with live shingles as it's base. "Why would I take a vaccine for something easily controlled by resting, taking Vit A, C, and B, and Zinc. Same thing I do when I get a sniffle.

On a not totally unrelated note: 2 Novembers ago we moved to a new, more rural location. I got insane hives around the beginning of last April and they lasted basically all fucking summer. Got some steroid pills, which helped, around mid June, but they never fully went away until probably September. They say the jabs "shed", and I was around vax maxers a few different times. I thought it could be allergies to the new location, but no hives at all so far this year (knock on wood).

Total anecdote, I'm well aware.
