A win is a win I guess? I hope everyone gets their job back, along with backpay, but I know that won't happen.
But why aren't these companies making the FDA approved version? It doesn't make any sense at this point. Their legal liability for an FDA approved vaccine is still virtually zero because of broad zero liability laws and the hurdles with proving in court that the vaccine caused the injury.
