That's why they were so vocal. It is not nutjobs they wish to inspire. This is a plausible deniability story. So when they start destroying our power grids, just like they are doing to food production, they already have the cover story in place.

They're setting us up for a false flag.

NPR says:

Now CNN says:

This is 100% a fake ass fed op.

FBI: "Well we don't know who did it and we look embarrassing. May as well just go with what the media will always push for us: White Supremacists oppressing gays of course!"

It gives the government the excuse to blame conservatives when the power goes out.

They've been hoping for this for 20 years. This is the first time someone has attacked the substations. I'd bet it is someone terrified that the planet is getting hot and they are going to die from it.

This has always been known as a possibility, a few terrorist could reek havoc on the US traveling around with just a hunting rifle.
