Maher is misreading events. The left needs to become realistic and more conservative, not "come off less crazy the Trump". They won't because they're currently all pushing socialism. Unless the DNC, the commie party leaders, return to earth and try to be more JFK-like in their ideology, and work to help people help themselves, they will fail. I do not expect them to have a viable Presidential candidate for a very, very, long time. They will fail.
