Just found this very interdasting essay that I downloaded years ago from one of the old Newsgroups, it is a bit "wordy" and sounds like an "academic" wrote it:

Does nigger violence have a genetic component, or is it just an inherent factor of nigger culture?

There is enough evidence in terms of modern crime data from a variety of countries, where niggers comprise a significant proportion of the populations, but between which there exists differing cultures (including Africa), to corroborate the theory that there is a genetic component to the violence.

Then, there are the bio-behavioral theories and studies which correlate racially differing hormonal profiles, average intelligence levels (by racial group), and racially differing brain size / structure, to varying levels of violence.

Of course, it is unspeakable in today's modern climate, except for the pure scientists (masochists) who ignore politics and whose only allegiance is to properly conducted research, to even conduct studies which may lead to the conclusion that there can be any brain or behavioral difference between race at all. Actually, it's getting increasingly difficult to claim an outward belief in "race" in scientific communities, despite the deep and wide evidence to the contrary. If we think that it's difficult to have these 1984 style thought crime tactics applied to us, imagine being a scientist, with a mind that is trained to ignore EVERYTHING but the hard research, and having to admit only what the PC jackboots tell them it is okay to admit, and having to actually shut down research that will likely have non-politically incorrect outcomes. In this political climate, that happens frequently.

I don't think that it is a question of either/or in terms of genetic/cultural causal links to violence.

It's my opinion that genetics, or more specifically genetically born intelligence as it interacts with a genetically born hormone profile, that creates culture over time. This culture, further, is formed around the specific natural and social environments that it abuts, but the intelligence and hormonal impulses are the primary drivers of the culture and how it accepts / deals with violence and group resources.

In my opinion and observation, all nigger societies will precipitate cultures that possess value priorities that reinforce violence as a solution. This is evident in USA nigger culture, the "warrior" cultures of Africa that still prevail, and the cultures of most other nigger populations around the world. Having studied niggers for years, I know these value systems well and it's significant how much they are consistent between niggers who have no relation to one another. I'm not talking just about the obvious value priorities such as money, status, sex, etc, but the pure joy had by them in just watching recordings of violence, acts that revolt decent White People. This was consistent for both nigger men and women.

Additionally, I believe that there will ALWAYS be acts of non-culturally reinforced impulsive violence, born purely from a mix of high testosterone and low IQ. This will be a statistical characteristic of ANY nigger population that exists to a higher degree than in any other population. This type of genetically born impulsive crime can only become integrated into cultural values over time, and so the genetics reinforces the culture, which then reinforces the genetic impulse.
