Cobbs, 28, soon became disorderly ignoring police orders to calm down.

As a result she was arrested and taken to the Porter County Jail where she was charged with disorderly conduct.

If you get arrested over 15.99 at Applebee's; you might be a nigger.

I don't think I have ever heard of a White getting arrested over that at an Applebee's. Pretty sure "might be" just needs to be "are".
