The fucked up part is that Spirit and JetBlue had a plan to merge which would have saved the company. Then a federal judge blocked the merger. Yet somehow United and Continental were allowed to merge? The law in this country is fucked beyond belief.
They refused to pay the amount that the judge demanded...
I can't find anything about that. I'm seeing it was an anti-trust issue which is what I remembered from when it happened.
This is exactly why hollywood/disney is closing. Every film and TV show has become black hero leads with bad actors pretending they could actually Be that intelligent.
In order for an economy to survive, there needs to be value created. The customers cannot be stealing and destroying the value. Compound this with the government's broken window fallacy: going to war.
The answer lies with membership businesses. Think Sams club, BJ's, Costco. Customers must pay a fee to shop there. Niggers typically won't pay to be a member of a store. Plus, they now know their customers and scrutinize shopping carts on the way out.
