There should be no such thing as "tried as a juvenile". Make adult decisions, get adult punishments. Remember, he doesn't feel bad that he killed someone, he is upset/sad because he knows he is getting hard time and not going to get release in 2 years when he turns 18.

The court did the right thing. Here, gypsies took note that non-adults are basically given a free pass to crime and they have been fully taking advantage of it. You can see gangs of 10yo gypsies attacking and robbing the elderly and guess what, there are no consequences.

Attributing criminal behavior to 'emotional and behavioral difficulties' is usually a way to avoid confronting the fact that certain populations have a tendency to such behavior.

Anyone found without a possible doubt that they are a murder, should get the death penalty.
The only exception is Self Defense (or defense of another) since that is not murder. That is protecting yourself from attempted murder.

Well I would be ok with the death penalty for niggers for pretty much any crime to be honest. Niggers don't deserve the White justice system and Whites don't deserve the current (((jewstice))) system either. The whole thing is fucked.
