You could literally replace all of Liberia's population with Europeans with down syndrom and they'd be able to create a more impressive civilization. They'd win every war against their neighbours. They'd conquer the whole of africa in no time.

And yet Nepalese saw fit to string up their government a couple weeks back. That must be a very basic instinct or reflexive action. Maybe it can be awakened in others?

I remember the numbers from years ago, when the lowest ones were in the 60s and thought those were horrible. These new updated number make me wonder how these countries can even recognize themselves as a country, or even as being on a planet.
