It's been done before. Cartoon Network/Adult Swim has a show called "Lucy, Daughter of the Devil" a while back with essentially this same setup. They also had a cartoon called "Mr. Pickles" where a dog named Mr. Pickles is a completely evil satanic beast who kills people, engages in degenerate sex acts and other demonic activities. (((They))) like making shows like these to push their evil into as many weak minded and weak souled people as they can.
