Bank of America is so woke it hurts. No one should do business with then. When I worked for them they always had stuff about women's rights, minorities, LGBT, in our employee newsletters. And they're just irresponsible. They had their whole call center lying to customers intentionally during one incident. About their own bank accounts that had disappeared. I can't go too much into detail but it was bad. They don't drug test their call center workers either so chances are when you call them you're letting some druggy handle your personal info. I almost stepped on a Subutec strip in sandals while I worked there (while I was pregnant, I was furious when I found out what it was), found pills and needles laying around and no one cared. I wish they'd drug tested people but the meth heads always had low call times which the bank liked. Supervisors were mostly lazy gluttons or diversity hires too, they'd lie to get out of work. Don't EVER trust them.
