I could bet that this would never happen, they want to sell those vaccines.
In Europe, I suspect if one is not sure about that, then what you get is more holocough, or some new strain emerges, so it is win-win for them either way.
A big part of the experimental mrna jab is that once you get one you have to keep getting them. Thus the insane heavy push to get people to get the first one.
