Hatespeech is speech that the ruling class hates to hear.

There is no basis for hate 'speech' ( Opinion) to be a crime. there is No race or group or color that does not 'hate' Someone of another race, group or color. That is called Human. A 'threat' of violence can be a crime by Anyone. When a 'hate speech' crime is applied to the Blacks openly calling for the Death of Whites, 'hate speech' would magically disappear, which makes the idea absurd.
