Pretty much. A society that has no shame has no soul and will not last long.

We should be shaming all of the things.. Fat Shame, Slut Shame (even men), Shame degenerate behavior.. Bring shaming back!

Then in is half the problem. Young female teachers around developing/ maturing teenagers. All throughout my entire schooling i don't recall any teacher, part time , substitute or otherwise that was under 30-35 yrs. Certainly never knew any personal details about them, nor knew their home address or their phone number. More importantly, all teachers treated us like students and there was a clear demarcation of Authority with all interactions.

(Except for an above average looking late 30's teacher who always wore black tight corduroys that always sat up on her desk in class facing the class while talking with her legs splayed casually apart - absolutely deliberated - always wondered what impact that had on all the impressionable young females in class for what is appropriate demeanor around/ in front of males?/). She was unmarried of course, iirc.

Yea, If i knew then what i do now, i wish i had actually complained and brought up her behavior to her in front of the entire class, just to hear her justification for it, and then also get other students to sign a written complaint to the principal.

Without wanting to sound like a prude or killjoy, what might have seemed fun or risqué for a bunch of excitable teenagers (14-15 years old) isn't necessarily morally good or acceptable and appropriate. To this day - i have always wondered why she always did this (and in all her classes apparently - it was the talk of the school among all us boys, maybe even the girls too - who knows).

EDIT: Bad enough sitting through a period of lame 1980's social studies without the crotch of some b-grade Raquel welch lookalike staring right back at eye level . Ugh.

Its depressing enough posting 1-2 of these what seems like weekly now. If I find time, ill do a "tracking" post on it.

I can't tell if this is happening more than it used to or its just being publicized now. I read over a decade ago that women were just as likely to be predators as men but we just act like that's not true.
