John-Paul Miller, 44, has been accused in a bombshell lawsuit of attacking the woman, known only as Jane Doe, in 1998 while at his father's church. In a 43-page complaint filed on Tuesday in Horry County Circuit Court, the unidentified woman accused Miller of raping and inappropriately touching her. The last incident occurred as recently as 2023, the woman said, with Miller accused of grabbing her genitals in public which triggered 'repressed memories'. Those repressed memories are alleged to be an assault by Miller that occurred in 1998, when she was 15 and he was 19.
