Between 50 to 100 people held up traffic in Plymouth Township, a suburb of Philadelphia, on Sunday as they drove in circles at speed around an intersection. Surveillance cameras captured the disorder at the intersection of Ridge Pike, Chemical Road and North Lane. Clips shared by the local police department show several cars recklessly driving in circles at high speeds, as people hang from the windows of the vehicles. Fireworks can also be seen being left off in the middle of the road, as drivers not involved in the disorder are forced to wait at stop lights for the situation to end.
