Macro lens doing good work?

Yes. I've been having some fun with it.

I really wanted it to take pictures of flowers and insects, but not many of them around this time of year. I am having fun playing around in the house for now. Hopefully after the holidays I'll have some time to hike around and find some photo opportunities. I'm thinking I'll stop by a flower shop and pick up some for photos soon.

I bought some syringes to place water droplets on flowers (and whatever). I've seen you can make some cool effects with that.

That's a great idea. I'm planning on taking the camera to the relatives. I'll get some shots. I don't have any of those here.

Heh. I smoke eagle blue. Cheap but tastes better than pall mall. Used to hit Marlboro lights too
