They are also found in those high powered and illegal in the US 'Wicked Lasers' and other brands. Also, much of today's semiconductor technology that relies on insulated gate technology uses [quantum tunneling](https://atomsandsporks.com/2020/04/19/quantum-tunneling-and-flash-memory/) to operate. This includes flash memory devices and power transistors (MOSFETS and IGBTs). Hell, it's even likely your senses of [smell](https://physicsworld.com/a/a-quantum-sense-of-smell/) and [sight](https://www.discovermagazine.com/the-sciences/how-quantum-mechanics-lets-us-see-smell-and-touch#:~:text=In%20quantum%20mechanics%2C%20electrons%20and,a%20particle%20and%20a%20wave.&text=The%20molecular%20vibrations%20of%20a,an%20odor%20receptor%20to%20another.) rely on quantum effects to work. Quantum effects are everywhere and they are definitely real. What makes you think that quantum is fake?
