Action Item: Develop an Adaptive device to reduce the Adverse impact of Affected group (((or class))) and retaining it in their Affirmative action file in an aim to reduce the number of Affirmative action officers and have a chilling effect on Civil Rights.

All this HR talk reminds me of when I worked for a very large org at fairly senior level. The people on my floor were my grade or higher, so the kinda people who should know what is and is not appropriate workplace behaviour. One day in the kitchen, a guy senior to me "tweaked" a female colleague's nipples. He was dismissed within days (there were witnesses so he was fucked), but I've always wondered why anyone would throw away a high paying job by being so damn stupid. I mean, how do you ever find a half decent job again with that on your resume.
