Honest question. Why does our educational system spend so much money on "educating" retards. They will never contribute to society in a meaningful way. They are the ones that should be aborted. They are a drain on taxpayers. That money could be better spend on identifying gifted children and placing them in special programs. Instead "special" ED is for retards.
