Makes me glad mine is old enough to not do that. I don't like that my doors lock automatically when I'm in it but that's easy enough to change via some setting where you turn off the car and turn the key to a certain thing etc. But my bf likes it, so the last time I replaced the battery I have just left it and gotten used to it.

My uncle picked me up from the airport in his minivan and it was so weird being told I'd break it if 8 touched any of the doors. He thought I was crazy for not having been in a 'modern' car before and proceeded to attempt to impress me by trusting the thing to drive itself. He had the timing down to keep it from telling him to pay attention or put his hands back on the wheel.

I vowed never to by anything remotely like that. Freaking cash for clunkers took so many great vehicles off the road.

Damn that's a ton of nagging features.
