No it isn't. The rarest pepe is so rare it hasn't even shown up once. Denying the true rarest of pepes will bring you a lifetime of nightmares where you hear kameltoe's cackling non-stop. Don't be fooled by these false rare pepes.

I already have bad luck, does this negate any or would I just get extra shitty luck?
