Bloomberg, loves the money so can't see it. Putin when he complained to the UN about the chemical plants in Ukraine was already if I do not underestimate the man already preparing for this and much more. He likely is not money motivated in the overall buildup of his psyche, more like he knows his history and realizes that bold action is needed instead of letting the UN, US, NATO, and EU get first strike with biological weapons which cannot be filmed attacking the people. He likely has huge hoards of food, protected his infrastructure from EMP at critical locations, and has strategies in place years ago to make sure that no one comes in to sabotage it all. That is how an intelligent man would run things. Getting hard drugs out of the system would be the hardest since a heroine addict would be almost invisible but could fuck up a shit town of stuff for a fix in a very short time if they are good at their job. Money to others besides misers and bloomberg is not the key to happiness, hell it's the key to distrust and just a false idol that I think Putin realizes is a trojan horse in the long run so he'll depend on himself and make sure all the basics are over covered in advance so he does not become defeated and his people are far safer than just waiting and hoping they'll be nice and care for his people. A real sheppard does his job and doesn't wish for happy endings.
