Rumor is the 'event' was set up and that Kyle was supposed to die. I'm not saying Kyle was involved and it wasn't even planned to be Kyle, they just wanted a white, armed person. But there were several people there who were supposed to rile up any of the white people carrying guns and force them into a shoot out so the press could go crazy on white man shoots up peaceful protest. That is why there were so many FBI drones with cameras to get shots from every angle - for the story, not to be used by the defense later in trial. I'd also be willing to bet the bald paedo who got released that day got a 'get outta jail free' card on the understanding he had to partake in this scheme, which is why he was playing it up for the cameras about killing people.
