The quality of the workforce first started to decline when Affirmative Action was passed in 1961, which meant that companies could no longer strictly hire the most qualified candidates. And now, because of diversity bs and race quota's, that problem will increase exponentially.
Will? I am old enough to see how it HAS decreased the quality of everything in this country in my lifetime. Once you could get a letter from one coast to the other coast in 2 days, MAYBE 3 days at the most. Now? Takes at least 8 days for me to get a letter from a town 25 miles away, no joke. That just one example of many about how we are now way closer to being a third world shithole than when I was young child.
Yeah, the post office has devolved into a third world organization. Not only does it take longer to get mail now, but I get more mail that belongs to my neighbors than are addressed to me.
