Can you imagine squeezing one of those big, fuzzy Afroes into a bike helmet? It would stick out through the holes. Personally, I don't like these nanny laws to protect us from ourselves, so good riddance to the bike helmet law. But ....

I think we all know that what they really want to do is make it illegal for white people to ride without helmets, while exempting blacks from this law. That's where we are headed. Blacks as a special class that gets exemption from many of our laws.
