With organ transplant comes a lifetime of taking immunosuppressant drugs to prevent the body from attacking the transplanted organ. And that's on top of all the hormones it's taking. Even if the operation succeeds, imagine what kind of hell it will be for the baby inside that uterus.

I'm betting the body will reject the transplant showing again that white men are transphobic and this is all their fault for making that thing's body reject the transplant.

So where does the baby come out?

Do they put the fake tits on the biological male, shoot him up with estrogen, take out his prostate gland and adams apple with the testicles and penis removed and then insert a tube that connects to the implanted uterus?
