If you have "anti-fraud training" and someone asks what to do if you see someone committing fraud, that's a very reasonable question. If you have "anti-racism training" and someone asks an equally relevant question...the trainer doesnt show up to work for a week because she's "traumatized" by doing her job. Fricking lol.
