Color is a property of light (photons) and electron microscopes use an electron beam to view a specimen. Who else fakes pictures to fool people?
The main tools of transhumanism and eugenics are about gene editing. The companies that produce GMOs and vaccines have the same roots and are operated with the same people in the background. Using viruses to manipulate genes is one of their tools (curing hereditary diseases by adding missing genes with manipulated adenoviruses, for example).
