This poor barstard. Heart transplant center refused to transplant him because he was non-compliant with their requisite treatment regimen. So what does the transplant center do? Gave him an experimental "genetically modified" pig heart for transplant. Lives a few months and dies. Transplant doc gets feather in his cap for "brave advancements in transplant". Family gets a dead father and husband with a fucking pig heart in his chest. So he's non-compliant enough not to get a human heart but hey! let's use him as an experiment! Transplant center wrote this guy off so might as well use him...
