Disappointing that rioting works. It's time to reverse that, the rioters got their way and things got worse and the riots continue.

well lets remove all ballot boxes and have everyone drop off in person with ID all before 8pm. All ballots must be at counting stations by midnight of that night. THEN the counting begins at 00:01 am, doors locked , all cameras on, no one enters, no data connections out, no one leaves. Counting done, THEN the doors unlock , numbers given out and camera data out.
