Nothing will possibly go wrong and now everyone can regrow any limb they want..... Maybe. Sort of.

It might even be in the place you intend to grow it. Maybe. Sort of.

Really though. Good research. It would be very interesting if we could make it so you could regrow a finger/leg/hand maybe it would work with organs too?

>Axolotls (Ambystoma mexicanum) have the incredible ability to regenerate limbs, and even entire organs. And of course, people want to know how we might get our own human bodies to do it, too. A team of biologists from Northeastern University and the University of Kentucky has found one of the key molecules involved in axolotl regeneration. It's a crucial component in ensuring the body grows back the right parts in the right spot: for instance, growing a hand, from the wrist. "The cells can interpret this cue to say, 'I'm at the elbow, and then I'm going to grow back the hand' or 'I'm at the shoulder… so I'm going to then enable those cells to grow back the entire limb'," biologist James Monaghan explains.

I don't want to regrow a limb, I just want to grow a couple of extra arms. Would that make me Spider Man?

I wonder how many axolotls live in a lab getting their appendages cut off daily. Cool research bros!

You have a point. That makes this a lot darker and horrific.
