Only issue I have with cases like that is the Pi now runs so damn hot that putting it in a case without active ventilation is a sure-fire way to overheat things.
It's for the pi3, there are 2 passive heat sinks provided and the case is aluminium
It's pretty much enough unless you go max overclocking 24/7 eventually
Ideally you put that thing on a table of glass and you're well set already
....
It's so far the best one go solution/kit right after buying one of those official power adapter.

I actually haven't used the two heat sink things since the 1B.
It's been so long I can't even remember what the 2nd sink was supposed to fix, except that it was fixed a long time ago.
