A huge problem though, I can't find a fresh block cake yeast in the refrigerated section of stores. Sometimes it's available by mail order but only if you buy a TON from a bakery supply store. The supermarkets used to sell cake yeast in the old days, but no longer. Only the powdered rapid rise instant dry yeast package is in every store. Sometimes, not often, the store will carry cake yeast seasonally but only for the midwest and northeastern states. Instant dry yeast is not the same as the fresh cake yeast.
