And supposedly every Ruskie is Kievan Rus. But mainly they're genetically slavic more or less but being a slav requires speaking a slav language. Hungarians do not speak a slavic language. Vast majority of "Slavic" countries are classified as such because they speak a language that kikes decided is Slavic.
Only people who can claim to be ethnic Slavs, in my opinion and based on my research, is Czech, Slovaks and Southern Poland, maybe some portions of Ukraine, but I don't know enough about them to confirm this.
