Actually it's already settled SCOTUS precedent. Ignoring that the CIA's venture capital group created both Facebook and Google, making them federal agents/actors by proxy.
Precedent establishes constitutional rights violations for censorship from defacto town square. Of which all major social media is established as such. According to case law, they are liable for each and every act of censorship. Making it punishable with up to $100,000 and 10 years in federal prison for each and every offense. All government employees found to be involved loose their qualified immunity for each and every offense. Under federal law, tens of thousands should die in federal prison.
Of course, this is what the law requires. Which is not the same as what will happen. If only we were ruled by laws.
