$13M sounds like a handful of software engineers and a few computers in a room. If they can develop the backbone for cross-platform message communications, Musk/Trump/Others will integrate the functionality into the existing platforms. Yeah, I don't see BlueSky as a standalone platform, more of a temporary test platform to create the functionality.
