There is a reason all human groups throughout history have worn clothing. It is to limit sexual desire and sexual distraction, which is unproductive in building a civilization. Muslims carry this to the extreme, but even the most open societies tolerant of women, such as those of Northern Europe, were still modest about dress codes.
People, you cannot throw these customs and taboos into the trash without facing serious consequences. They didn't arise by accident, they were NECESSARY.
