Not sure, but the bottom row is a 180 flip of the top row.

the squares are the most frequently occurring followed by rectangles. the other shapes each only occur once

I'm hijacking the top comment to restate what I think may be the solution and why.

It matches the Mirror/inversion theme. In fact it's a perfect match.

It reveals the 'up arrow', the only unknown character.

The 'up arrow' is the only character that matters, it points to the number 139. In other words the sign is just the address number '139'.

The 'up arrow' is a nod to social media where the puzzle will likely be posted/pondered and also the reward for the person that solves it.

That's my theory anyway. What say you?

the numeric font is unique, it's a modern geometric, but very few modern fonts have a rounded 3, but they were used in the 80s

the 1 has no foot, so not a classical font

the 9 with a vertical tail, I've never seen that before on any font

the kerning is exaggerated too

it's quite close to the , apart from the tail on that 9, it's possible they just rotated the 9 without realising because it looks a bit ugly like that

the 1st and 3rd rows are not just logically flipped, they are physically rotated.

the 4th rectangle in the top rectangle is at the bottom, in the third row it is at the top

if these were symbols with meaning then that rectangle would have have remained on the bottom of its row?

I think it's like an IQ test puzzle

interesting though, maybe the OP could find out who the door belongs to?
