Then their legislature will have a choice: a) no law will be enforced or b) repeal laws that are already unlawful
Does the federal or state gov't where you live have gun laws? Then refuse to convict anyone of any crime until they are repealed.

Its in those cases that are best for making the legislature repeal unlawful laws.
You should mull this over .. once done you'll realize its the only way, outside of violence, to get gun laws repealed.
