I stockpiled bulk rice, grains, sugar, beans, frozen meat etc... Supplement of several 5 gallon buckets of freeze dried food. I keep a couple cases of mre's because its easy to toss a few in a bag and have some food if you need to be mobile. They aren't practical for long term daily supply and are marked up pretty high right now.
