Now, if we do a really great job on new vaccines, health care, reproductive health services, we could lower that by, perhaps, 10 or 15 percent. But there, we see an increase of about 1.3.

I read the rest of it and it does not provide further context. But the idea that he meant "let's kill or render sterile people via vaccination (let alone forced vaccination, which he doesn't being up at all) is silly. Even if he were that evil he's too smart to say such a thing in public. inb4 taunting you.

That is the actual context of what he meant by vaccines reducing population. If these shit hole people are healthier, they will be less inclined to reproduce as many children to make up for the dead ones. I suppose it could work in theory, but t I think just letting nature take it's course, through its usual channels is best.

I will share this of course. I also so a video of a lecture by Bill Gates to the CIA. He was discussing a vaccine that would destroy parts of the mind that connected people to God. Basically creating a Godless society. They already have this vaccine and have tested it.
