My employer of 100+ is leaning on the vaccination deadline coming at the beginning of January.

Even after our HR director got a stroke after getting vaccinated. Even after our HR insurance coordinator passed away with myocarditis 3 days after getting hers. Even after we are still sending employees who are testing positive home for 2 weeks who are well known to be fully vaccinated.

Went searching and found the link.

Our GM is planning on having objectors to pay for weekly testing. I'm planning on word smithing the provided template and supplementing heart history risk provided by my doctor. (Hopefully)

If this doesn't work I'll just passively object and not comply until they remove me off property. They'll probably find loopholes to deny unemployment, but at least I'll be started this far should I be able to secure litigation if it goes that route. Fingers crossed for class action and some nooses.

Random thoughts cross my mind of other nefarious avenues, but I just entertain the ideas. The true high road is to share the fight and tools provided to dismantle this bullshit which has corrupted our world. They can't function with just the sheep in their ranks.

A man with choices is a man with power. Make sure to share this with as many of your co-workers as you can. A lot of people will comply because they think they are alone. If they realize that they are, in fact, in the majority, it gives all of you more leverage.

Boeing had a "mandate" too. Right up until they realized that all of the people who actual get shit done were going to walk. And they backed down.

It's a come down to a staring contest. Just don't be the first to blink and you can win this.

Or take everybody that leaves that company over the vaxx and start your own. Remember all those medical practitioners that got let go (during a "pandemic", no less)? They've started their own primary care businesses. And they aren't hiring the jabbed.

(((courts))) have upheld that unpaid absence is a reasonable accommodation. You don't really know what you're applying for. You go on record with this and the company can send you home without pay pending eternity. It happened where I work. I'm vaxed though so I get to work the rest of my short life.

Don't fake anything, that gives them cause for dismissal when push comes to shove. just don't comply and force them to take their unjust and immoral actions themselves.

Essentially this. I'm 90% certain that an HR department is going to run whatever religious exemption you give them through a plagarism detection service if they even suspect what you've submitted them was written by someone else.

Or just fake it since unpaid leave is a reasonable accommodation anyway. No difference to get fired, really.
