So it's moloch adrenochrome you say?

Moloch adrenochrome for the mk ultra programming.

That predates, "Fear and Loathing...," by eight years.

Unpopular opinion;

Burgess is a prescient, but not good, writer.

prescient

Nice word usage. I had to look that one up.

I've read some of his other works as well. He's very into wordplay, heavily British. Unless you read a lot of other stuff from GB some of the references in the wordplay are lost. It's been too long for me to do an accurate assessment of his writing style but there wasn't anything that struck me as bad 50 years ago.

Now come and get one in the yarbles, if you have any yarbles, thou jelly eunuch thou.

Apparently moloko means milk in Slavic for what it's worth

If I remember rightly, Anthony Burgess was sorry he'd ever written A Clockwork Orange. He regarded it as too violent, and saw it being used to promote violence.

You're right, he did. He's pretty retarded.

Actually never read this book. It's been about 20 years since I last watched the movie.
