Rather than dump on Tesla, I'm going to blame a systemic failure of manufacturing to rush shit out the door rather than properly testing it.

The entire supply chain is a problem. Look at Intel as an example. Their chips are bad, therefore, everything they go into is bad.

Well, a earlier post today shows that it looks like 3rd party staffing agencies for places like this are hiring illegal aliens so.. that could be partly to blame.
