The bank has her money how can it be trespassing? I'm pretty sure wearing a mask wasn't in the user agreement and the bank hours are publically available. This is a pubically traded company as well, they shouldn't be violating their customers human rights. I haven't worn a mask yet anywhere, and won't be.

Once trespassed, she by law needed to leave. After leaving, she could call the bank, call corporate, call a lawyer, even call the police herself. Or all of the above.
What she cannot do, is refuse a legal order by the police to vacate the private property.

Its like the idiots being pulled over and the cop tells them to step out of the car. They refuse because "reasons". Then out come the tazers and pistols, an arse whooping and 10 more charges then there would have been originally.

He shouldn't be trying to enforce a human rights violation on anyone, shouldn't even showed up. She wasn't being combative to anyone. He should be stripped of his badge immediately for not following the constitution.
It isn't trespassing, she has every right to do business there. Bank Of America accepted her money, they agreed to do business with her. The agreement did not include a mask, I guarantee it. If I was her I would sue them for breach of contract.
