Most of you reading this won’t even be able to manage 20 squats. Actually, I’m sure many of you can’t even do 10.

At first I was shocked reading this, but then I'm thinking of all the obese people out there.

I've done it. Started throwing up around 50. Kept going, though.

Upon reading this I got up and did 200 squats. Good workout. Thanks for the suggestion.
