I think I remember trying to watch the video he's talking about a while back. I don't think I even made it halfway though. At least girls in my area pay lip service to wanting to be wives and mothers, and seem to try and have some wifely skills, but the second you talk to them, you realize all they care about is fashion, traveling, and their careers. Then they wonder why they're almost 30 years old, and single.
I was talking to one girl earlier this year, she did nothing but go on and on about how she wants tons of kids some day to anybody who would listen, which was kind of offputting on it's own (she looking for a husband, or a sperm donor?), but when I got her aside, and asked her what her goals were, it was nothing but job and traveling. Nothing about family. Then she complained that decent guys don't exist, because they just want to chain her down. That "they're looking for a mother, not a wife", and I couldn't help but laugh, thinking "Isn't that the damn point? To find a mother for your children?"
