The problem is responsible people are paying so much in taxes, and paying so much to raise kids, that they don't have many of them.
Between my taxes and the price I pay for my kids private school, it is very cost prohibitive.
Meanwhile the government subsidizes the poor and uneducated to reproduce at higher rates. No wonder this country is going to hell.
